• Walk in and telephone orders must be placed and fully paid for by 5pm Adelaide time on Friday, 31st October 2014.
• Mailed orders including full payment must be postmarked on or before Friday, 31st October 2014 and must be received NO later than 5 November 2014.
• Online and fax orders must be placed and received with full payment by midnight Adelaide time on Friday, 31st October 2014.
• Wire / bank transfers must be initiated on or before Friday, 31st October 2014 and must be received by Herbalife NO later than 5 November 2014.
