• Walk in and telephone orders must be placed and fully paid for by 5pm Adelaide time on Tuesday, 30 September 2014.• Mailed orders including full payment must be postmarked on or before Tuesday, 30 September 2014 and must be received NO later than 5 October 2014.• Online and fax orders must be placed and received with full payment by midnight Adelaide time on Tuesday, 30 September 2014.• Wire / bank transfers must be initiated on or before Tuesday, 30 September 2014, and must be received by Herbalife NO later than 5 October 2014.
