MYHERBALIFE MAINTENANCE

Maintenance Date and Time:  
Sunday, February 8th at 7:00 AM AEDT, through Monday, February 9th, at 8:00 PM Australian Eastern Daylight Time (37 hours).

Due to: Annual Supervisor and Qualified Producer Requalification program will take place the weekend of February 8th 2015.

During the scheduled downtime, where possible we will take manual orders during open hours at our worldwide walk-in and call centres.

• We will not be able to provide assistance that requires "real time" data from our computer systems.
• Internet Ordering will remain available during this time; however, orders and volume will not post online until after the computer systems become available once again.
• During this downtime, BizWorks data will be as of Sunday, February 8th 6:00 AM AEDT when the computer systems are brought down.
• January earnings information at MyHerbalife.com will be updated and accessible; earnings information will not be impacted by the system downtime.
• We will also ensure that appropriate messaging is placed online.
